Products and Information
We supply laboratory equipment, lab chemicals, glassware, plasticware and related scientific products. We try to keep product descriptions, images and specifications accurate, but minor differences in packaging or appearance may occur. Please contact us before ordering if you need to confirm an exact specification, grade or brand.
Prices and Quotations
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- Prices and availability may change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your order applies.
- Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Bulk and institutional prices are available on request.
Orders and Payment
- Orders placed on the website are confirmed by our team by phone or email before dispatch.
- We currently accept Cash on Delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready when your order arrives.
- We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if we cannot confirm the order with you, or if there is an obvious pricing error. You will be informed if this happens.
Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan through courier partners. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by city and product availability. Please check your parcel on delivery and inform us within 48 hours if anything is damaged, missing or incorrect.
Returns and Replacements
- Damaged, defective or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery will be replaced or refunded after inspection.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- For safety reasons, opened chemicals, reagents, sterile consumables and products ordered or imported specially for you cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Safe Use of Products
Laboratory products, especially chemicals, must be handled and stored by trained persons according to the manufacturer’s safety data sheets and applicable regulations. BioLife Technologies is not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper use, handling or storage.
Warranty
Equipment warranties, where offered, are provided according to the manufacturer’s terms. Please keep your invoice to claim warranty service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
